An opportunity to join our Portsmouth office, the successful applicant will learn to assist with the entire property letting process.

Initial administration, inspections, and day-to-day property maintenance, managing a portfolio of properties as well as proving a high level of customer service

**Experience preferred but not essential**

**Driving licence is essential**

Jupix Management CRM system experience beneficial but not essential

This role includes working every other Saturday 9am - 1pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forwarding on enquiries to the sales and lettings team
- Managing Properties, liaising with landlords and contractors
- Maintaining CRM system - new clients, updates on old clients, new properties
- Ability to do property inventories, check-outs and inspections
- Tenancy bookings, contracts, rent chasing, and paying landlords
- General business operations and administration
