**Key Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Security Manager in the development and effective management of the SLS Corporate Security Management Programme.
- Support the development, implementation and communication of corporate security policies, standards, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
- Ensure the effective administration of all corporate security records and documents, that document and information classification controls are applied according to policy, and that document reviews are initiated.
- Assist with the development and implementation of security training and education programmes.
- Liaise with Site Management teams to maintain the SLS Global ISO27001 management system.
- Coordinate Internal and External ISO27001 Audit schedules and preparation of the audit processes.
- Coordinate the SLS Security Standard and Internal Security Protocol Audit Schedule and report on results.
- Administer the SLS Global Risk Register for the control of operational risks to the security of the organisation.
- Coordinate site reporting for Security Key Performance Indicators, monitoring results and producing KPI Dashboard on management database.
- Use of management database to generate trend analysis data on security incidents and events.
- Coordinate the management and review of Global security contractors in providing services to SLS, for example Security Guarding, Remote Monitoring etc.
- Coordinate and assist with security investigations and security event responses.
- Assisting the Security Manager in developing and implementing security projects.
- Administration of Security Service Desk
- Point of contact for the SLS Corporate Security Management Programme.
- Member of the SLS Global Security Forum - function as Secretary in scheduling meetings, organising Agendas, taking, and issuing minutes etc.
- Assist the Security Manager in conducting SLS Site Audits and reporting on outcomes.
- Ensure the correct and timely input of all activities/data, including reporting of incidents, recording data in the management database and to provide regular reports to the Security Manager.

- Experience of working in Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent Communicator.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven initiative and ability to think laterally to contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and processes.
- Personal drive and the ability to be a self-starter as well as a team player
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical and time management skills.
- Full driving licence.

Of Benefit:

- Experience of security management or administration.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 Information Security Standard
- Knowledge of security systems e.g., CCTV, Intrusion Detection and Access Control.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and networking.
- Valid Passport

**Qualifications**:
Ideal:

- Management or Supervisory experience in an operational environment.
- Security Management certified training.
- Internal Auditor course.

Training Provided:

- Certified Security Management Professional Level 6 Diploma.
