Bar Supervisor

In addition to the general responsibilities of a bartender, the supervisor will also be expected to adhere to the following:

- Ensure the bar and staff operate efficiently
- Uphold high hygiene standards
- Cashing up after shift and cash handling
- Stock Management
- Lead by example
- Training of new team members
- Drive sales

**Bar Supervisor Requirements**
- One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivational and a passion for developing others
- Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37 per week

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
