**IT Support/Server Administrator/Service Availability Engineer**

**Up to £40,000 + excellent benefits (+on call allowance)**

**Head offices in Cheltenham (Hybrid working with beautiful office space to take full advantage of, but expectation would be 1-2 days per fortnight in the office)**

On a day to day basis, you will:

- **Monitor the hardware and software** that runs their **web/app infrastructure**:

- Monitor and report on current **capacity and performance**.
- Responding, managing & active follow-up of any **security risks/security incidents**, **availability-related** incidents including communicate with **third parties** & technical partners to **resolve issues**:

- **Pro-active diagnosis & correction of faults** identified plus liaison with the other internal IT teams to achieve **fault resolution**:

- **Support the development and test teams** in **planning, implementation and troubleshooting** of **development releases**.
- Provide support for the **change configuration and release management**
- **Good server knowledge inc Windows Server &Web Server/IIS**:

- Implementation & Management of **Virtualised Infrastructure**:

- Foundation**PowerShell**

Other useful skills to have include are listed below but a willingness to learn is key;
- **Linux** Administration
- **SAN** Technologies
- **AWS**Experience
- **Load-Balancer** Technologies
- **Advanced Scripting** Capabilities
