Facilities Manager

**Facilities Manager**

**Salary**: c£30k per annum* (or pro rata)

Hours: ideally 40* (compacted working considered, minimum 36 hours)

Based at Redwings Hapton, Norfolk.

This is a new role to provide facilities management for our equine and visitor centres and head office with a focus on analysis and reporting to ensure we make the most of our limited charity resources and respect where the funds to deliver our work comefrom - from our supporters.

You will work alongside peer professionals in Transport/Fleet, Health & Safety, and Environment & Planning. You will support our finance and fundraising teams by reporting and budgeting well, to help make the most of resources across the charity and opportunitiesto raise income from or fundraise for facilities.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone experienced in facilities management and reporting, joining the charity as some of our major works are realised. You will have first rate reporting, analysis and communication skills. Horse knowledge is notessential, but you should have a passion for animal welfare, and you will be fully committed to the aims and vision of Redwings.
