**About the Role**

This is a role that offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting partnership between Mind and the Anna Freud Centre. The aim of the service is to provide free, evidence-based remote mental health support to school and college-aged young people, staff, and parents/carers through the delivery of 1:1 guided self-help sessions and group support.

You will work closely with the Services Manager and partnership colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for all service users.

This role will be solely worked from your home address and the working week on this project will offer great flexibility for a positive work-life balance, with split shifts and part time hours available across Monday-Friday.

**About You**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, engaging, and approachable Practitioner with a real passion for working in mental health. You should have experience in working with children and young people and be confident in communicating remotely with adults and young people alike, either via telephone or video platform.

You should be confident in engaging remotely with individuals and groups in a professional and approachable manner and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.

- **Hours: 18.5 per week-to include a Friday (split shifts available)**:

- **Salary: £23,907-£26,220 gross per annum, pro rata to £11,954-£13,110 gross per annum (dependent on experience)**:

- **Report to: Schools Team Manager**

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 18.5 per week

**Salary**: £23,907.00-£26,220.00 per year
