**Contact**: Heather YardleyEames Consulting are working in partnership with an a Specialty Motor Underwriting firm who are looking to appoint a Head of Schemes into their growing business. This is a pivotal hire in implementing a profitable strategy, acting as a driving force for commercial decision making - assessing end to end product design & pricing.
- Conducting hot/cold analysis assessing loss ratios and conversation rates, utilizing data insights to make informed recommendations and drive profitability.
- Managing the current portfolio while growing new and existing products.
- Leveraging your expertise to shape the strategy for the extensive schemes portfolio which covers both Motor & Household.
- Work closely with the Pricing team to analyse and interpret data.
- Play a key role in product design & launch.
- Liaising with senior/c-suite level stakeholders - presenting findings, identifying opportunities and making recommendations to the business.

It's essential you have a strong background in underwriting schemes business, being a specialist within the Motor space is desirable but not absolutely essential
