**Job Title: Internal Verifier - Level 5 Adult Care Programme (Remote)**

**Position Overview**:
As an Internal Verifier for the Level 5 Adult Care Programme, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of assessment processes within our organisation. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with our academic team, tutors and assessors to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the integrity of our qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal quality assurance processes to evaluate the assessment procedures and practices within the Level 5 Adult Care Programme.
- ⁠Review and verify assessment decisions made by assessors to ensure they meet the requirements of the qualification standards and assessment criteria.
- ⁠Provide constructive feedback and support to assessors to enhance their assessment practices and maintain consistency in assessment outcomes.
- ⁠Develop and maintain internal verification documentation, including sampling plans, assessment records, and verification reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team to implement improvements to assessment processes based on internal verification findings and feedback.
- ⁠Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices related to internal verification and assessment in adult care.
- ⁠Participate in standardisation meetings to ensure alignment in assessment practices and decisions.
- ⁠Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders regarding internal verification processes and outcomes, including assessors, learners, and the academic team.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. Hold a relevant adult care qualification, ideally with experience in adult care.

2. ⁠Possess a recognised internal verifier qualification (e.g., TAQA or equivalent).

3. ⁠Demonstrated experience in conducting internal verification within the adult education sector, preferably for Level 5 qualifications.

4. ⁠Strong understanding of assessment principles, standards, and regulatory requirements related to adult care qualifications.

5. ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to assessors.

6. ⁠Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for remote working and communication.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
