**The Role**

We are hiring for a Graduate Consultant to work within our Digital Consulting Practice and support our key Defence clients. Applicants should have a genuine interest in Defence and be looking to use their skills to support a wide range of projects and business growth activities.

As a **Graduate Consultant** at DAS, you will:

- Aid the delivery of highly complex projects on behalf of our clients, supporting the delivery of pragmatic solutions for them.
- Assisting client with specific solutions within land, sea, air, space, and cyber domains.
- Use structured project management practices to ensure delivery against an agreed plan, manage risk, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement through each phase of a project and identify opportunities to add value.
- Demonstrate core consulting skills and the ability to build strong working relationships both with our clients, and the wider team at DAS ltd.
- Work collaboratively with a multifaceted network of stakeholders, maintaining effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

**Requirements**:
**About You**

You have a keen interest in the Defence domain. You will enjoy learning and developing your technical skills with hands-on delivery of consultancy assignments directly to clients, working independently or within client/consultant teams, and contributing to the continued development of the practice.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

- Self-motivation and proactivity.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine interest in Defence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - able to coordinate with colleagues and clients to deliver successful projects.
- Educated to Degree level (or equivalent accreditation). STEM degrees preferred but will consider other.
- UK nationality and UK primary residency for the past 5 years.
