We're delighted to be partnering with The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institute (RABI) to help find their new Partnerships Co-ordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and help support the farming communities across England and Wales.

**About RABI**
For over 160 years, RABI has worked at the heart of the farming community, providing guidance, financial support, and practical care to farming people of all ages across England and Wales. Farming people face an enormous range of challenges, including unprecedentedgenerational changes to farming policy. RABI has a crucial role to play now and into this uncertain future to support the well-being of this vital community.
About the role
We are looking for a Partnerships Co-ordinator to work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and help drive forward RABI strategic partnerships to support their core services.
Within this role you will identify and develop opportunities to engage with prospective corporate partnerships both regionally and nationally. Manage and steward existing partnerships to develop long lasting relationships.
You will write compelling cases for support and proposals to present to potential corporate supporters and develop creative and engaging marketing materials to promote the corporate programme.
**About you**
We are looking for someone who has experience of developing excellent relations with high level corporate organisations. Ability to represent RABI and lead meetings with large audiences and partner-based events.
Excellent communications and networking skills, able to prioritise tasks as well as being self-motivated and highly organised. Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment is essential.

This is a busy role with regular travel, so you will need to have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
The salary is between £33 to £34k depending on experience.
