**IT Quality & Service Improvement Manager**

Modis are currently working in partnership with a market leading international service provider to recruit an experienced IT Quality & Service Improvement Manager with a proven track record of instilling a culture of continuous improvement and "quality first"within enterprise organisations.

**This role offers hybrid working and comes with a highly competitive salary/benefits package.**

**The Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the development of the quality framework and agreeing quality standards with senior stakeholders.
- Identify quality KPIs, gather and analyse relevant data against quality standards
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements including change recommendations and execution
- Produce management reports to show quality performance and initiatives
- Develop an environment of continuous improvement, providing training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards
- Lead, coordinate and track continuous improvement initiatives
- Regularly review and assess training and development needs of based on quality analysis
- Support audit requirements

**The Requirements**
- Excellent decision making, organisational and leadership skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Prior experience in quality management, process management or similar
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques
- Experience of creating performance metrics to capture and manage data
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint user skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ideally you will hold Lean Six Sigma qualification (ideally black belt)
- Experience of managing across different cultures
- Ideally you will be ITIL certified
