IT Technician

Are you looking for a new role within IT Support?
Working for a well-established business, this role will involve providing IT support for both Internal and External colleagues, working alongside 3rd party IT suppliers and the Head Office function. Providing a professional 1st Line support to the wider business,this role will involve working across Office 365, Active Directory and iOS products. Temporary for 2 months initially, this role will start immediately.
What will you be doing as an IT Technician?
- This role will provide technical and non-technical aspects of support
- Providing hands on support with Active Directory and Office 365
- Working closely with external support colleagues and 3rd party suppliers
- IT Administration including new starter set ups
- Providing and arranging repair of old/ faulty devices
- Providing meeting room assistance for video/ teleconference sessions
- Photocopier/ printer support
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience dealing with Active Directory and Office 365
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident to deal with Mobile technologies including iOS support
- Adaptable, quick to pick up new things
- Team Player

- Hourly rate GBP13.17 - equivalent of GBP25,000pa
- Monday to Thursday 8.30AM - 5PM Friday 8.30AM - 4PM
