**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team, working alongside another HR Advisor and reporting into the Head of HR. This role involves providing expert support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters. The role will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and contribute to the Society’s strategic objectives. Please refer to the job description for full details.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide HR advisory services across a range of issues including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Support the development and delivery of HR strategy.
- Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Advise on staff development and training opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Previous demonstrable administrative experience, prioritising a demanding workload, and working effectively to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail, and accuracy of information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to the values and ethos of Ecology Building Society.
**Office / Hybrid**
- You will be required to work from the office for a minimum of 3 days per week. With the flexibility to be in the office for 5 days per week in order to support events, inductions, to cover HR colleagues holidays, or as required by the Head of HR.
