Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our team. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair work. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Perform carpentry work, including installing doors, windows, and cabinets
- Conduct plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks and replacing fixtures
- Handle electrical tasks, such as installing outlets and light fixtures
- Complete painting and decorating projects
- Repair or replace flooring materials, such as tiles or laminate
- Conduct basic plastering and tiling work
- Assist with general building maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, decorating, flooring, plastering, and tiling
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Note: A valid driver's license may be required for this position.
