You’ll be a friendly face for the business, welcoming visitors, and guests to the office, taking deliveries, and assisting with office administration of a smart and modern office.
**As the Junior Receptionist, you will**:
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Answer the phone, transferring calls where appropriate and taking messages.
- Take deliveries for the office, booking couriers and sorting incoming and outgoing post.
- Oversee the reception area.
- Office administration duties, including running errands and working closely with the office manager.
**As the Junior Receptionist, you should have**:
- Excellent communication skills, possibly developed in a hospitality or front-facing role.
- Computer literacy - Word, PowerPoint, and (ideally) Excel.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
