We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable **Shift Supervisor **to join us on a permanent, **full-time** basis working on the **05.45 - 13.45 shift **at our **Manufacturing division** on site in **Redditch.**

**As a Shift Supervisor, your duties will include**:

- Ensure proper running of the production lines within quality and health and safety requirements
- Ensure production of finished products that meet the required production rates every time, continuously maximising product output
- Ensure all colleagues are on the assigned production lines at the start and end of shift and that Setters, Movers and any other relevant teams are notified at least 1 hour before the end of the current job, to allow for preparation of the next works order
- Provide constant coaching and mentoring to ensre that the lines are run efficiently, high standards of work are maintained during times of pressure and all issues are dealt with in a timely and effective way or escalated as appropriate. Ensuring all new team members are assigned a Buddy, are training and properly inducted into their new positions
- Make sure all health and safety policies and procedures are promoted and adhered to, at all times, including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

**What we are looking for in our ideal Shift Supervisor**:

- You must have experience of working in a similar role and within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- You will have previous experience in a team leader or supervisory position
- You will be team orientated and have the ability to build good working relationships with others, creating a good team spirit and culture
- You will be highly organised, have excellent time management and prioritisational skills
- You will be educated to RQF Level 2 / GCSE (grades A*-C) or equivalent in English and Maths. Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification would be preferable, but not essential
