An international law firm are looking for an experienced Private Funds Lawyer to join their fast-growing team in their London office

**Private Funds Lawyer's Role**

The successful Private Funds Lawyer will work with a varied range of clients, advising on all matters regarding the formation and operation of private investment funds and co-investment.

The Private Funds Lawyer will work with and advise clients throughout the lifecycle of a fund and key responsibilities will be drafting and negotiation of fund-related transaction documents, acting as a liaison between clients and other service providers.In addition to this, there will also be opportunities for business development.

**The Private Funds Lawyer**
- Qualified solicitor
- Strong track record of working in private funds
- Experience in PE and/or secondaries transactions desirable
- Excellent technical ability
- Commercial awareness
- Experience of high-value transactional support
- Excellent academic track record
- Experience in an international law firm is desirable but not essential
