Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixing things, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment and fixtures
- Install or assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Upkeep of our gardens and grounds

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

This job requires the individual to be on call for any issues that happen out of working hours.

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
