Are you looking for a job as a Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant in Nottinghamshire with Primary school children with mild to moderate additional Needs?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hardworking, ambitious and proactive Special needs Teaching Assistants to work in a mainstream Primary school in Nottinghamshire that has a number of children who require 1-1 Support.

We work in partnership with this school and we are looking for a number of teaching assistants to work in various 1-1 roles, that are long term and day to day cover.

We are recruiting for a long-term positions and daily supply.

The role of a Special needs Teaching Assistant requires that you support the pupils or a pupil with Special needs and work closely alongside the classroom teacher with planning, assessments and the children's' progress.

i.e. ADHD, ASD, attachment issues or SEMH depending on the pupil.

- ideally to have had some previous experience of working as a teaching assistant or 1:1 with children who have special needs.
