- We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The CAO team works across all business lines of RBC BD, supporting the front office through three principles; ‘Protect’, ‘Sustain’ and ‘Grow’.- The ‘Protect’ agenda is responsible for implementing and embedding effective first line controls and processes within the Advice (investment management and financial planning) business to ensure good outcomes for clients ‘the first time’. The ‘Sustain’ principle ensures the team are the first point of contact between the Front Office and Client Facing Teams. We identify and triage issues limiting business productivity, efficiency, and overall performance with relation to KPI / KRIs. The purpose of ‘Grow’ is to identify process-related opportunities to create additional capacity for Client Facing Teams, enabling them to generate new business. This includes ensuring that high-quality data is available to run our business and meet our client's needs effectively, delivering change projects to the front office, and training.- The Intermediaries Office Administrator reports to the Wealth and Investments Intermediaries Operations Manager and will support the Intermediaries business in delivering the teams objectives and supporting new initiatives aligned to the CAO mandate. The Intermediaries Office Administrator will work closely with the Senior Administrators and colleagues across the Intermediary Channel.
- This role plays a critical part in promoting the teams’ capabilities and interests internally with other key stakeholders and externally with our key vendors such as investment platforms and data providers.
- This is a permanent role based in Cardiff.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Ensuring the Intermediaries Office team provide good client outcomes, delivering against expectations and keeping all stakeholders updated.
- Adhering to deadlines, ensuring that work is delivered in a prioritised manner.
- Supporting the Senior Administrators in the monthly rebalancing process to a successful completion.
- Monitoring mailboxes and actively engaging in external communications from vendors and platforms or internal from the Intermediaries Business.
- Ensuring personal understanding and adherence to group policy, regulatory codes of conduct, risk, and control framework, specific to the role of Intermediaries Office, ensuring relevant standards and consequence management are applied as appropriate.

- Experience working in an operations or administrative role with a keenness to learn more about the wealth management industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint.
- Numerate and able to define MI fit for purpose.
- Good attention to detail, taking pride in high quality output.
