**Customer Delivery Operative - minimum 2 days per week, including Mondays and Tuesdays**

We are looking for Customer Delivery Drivers to deliver goods to customers while providing an excellent customer service experience.

**In this role, you will**:

- Be the face of THX
- Interact with customers on-site and ensure they’re satisfied
- Take pride in being responsible for ensuring customers receive the hire equipment they have ordered on time and in a positive, friendly manner
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Ensure we meet our target of 98% on-time delivery
- Resolve problems promptly, communicating with customers and colleagues as needed
- Load and unload THX’s hire equipment using appropriate lifting equipment and manual handling techniques
- Follow safe working processes while driving and loading/unloading.

**What do we need from you?**
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- A valid, clean UK driving license for manual vehicles
- Familiarity with IT and navigation systems
- Able to work Mondays and Tuesdays and other days as required
- Willing to work overtime, including ensuring all rounds are completed
- Right to work in the UK.
- Our shift patterns start from 5:00-6:300 am and finish between 3:30-5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. _

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.5 - 31.5 per week
