**Senior Recruitment Coordinator / Contractor Care Coordinator**

**City of London, Hybrid working**

**£25000-30000 + bonuses**

We have a new opportunity for someone with recruitment experience looking to move out of a typical recruitment position into doing more of a coordination and contractor care management based role. The MCU (Managed Contractor Unit) within Frank RecruitmentGroup are a team of customer service professionals with a goal to be industry leaders in contractor experience, and we are looking for a Senior Contract Care Consultant to join us in our journey

As a Senior Contract Care Consultant your focus is to develop vital relationships with our contractors & clients. You will be responsible for managing our contractors and providing an enhanced personalised service, enabling contract success and managingextensions.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Take ownership of in person meets with contractors and clients
- Management of contract runner book of 200 specialist contractors in their field
- Frequent check ins and discussions around project progress, thoughts on market and development potential
- Lead generation
- Processing extensions
- 'Go-to' person for clients and contractors, support any queries
- Provide first class service both internally and externally
- Develop ideas to embed our presence in the community

**We are looking for**:

- Previous experience working within a recruitment agency as a 360 Consultant
- Able to develop new business, gain leads from clients
- Highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build relations with managers and contractors
- Helpful 'can do' attitude

This is an exciting opportunity with the opportunity to progress into an account management role with the goal to develop strong relationships & connect with key business executives. Ultimately, collaborating with customers, contractors and internal teamsto deliver customer satisfaction. All with the aim to enable contract success and be industry leaders in contractor experience.
