We are currently looking to recruit a **Battery Builder **for our Client based in **Trafford Park, M17 **.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience in battery building or manufacturing

**About the job - key responsibility areas**
- Assemble battery components accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Operate machinery and tools safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report any issues or defects to team leader/supervisor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the DC as needed

**Personal & Technical Competencies**
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to battery building
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality control standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate issues
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required
- Familiarity with battery chemistry and materials is a plus

**Shifts: Monday to Friday - rotating 3 weeks 6am-2pm and 1 week of 8am-4pm.**

**Pay rate: £12.28/hour
