**Performance Objectives**
- Create the tools for external resources to run reports
- To analyse and manipulate large amounts of data
- To produce new reports for improvements and ad-hoc requests
- To help automate periodic reports to reduce site workload
- To create spreadsheets and tools to aid various day-to-day tasks
- To think logically and creatively to come up with new ideas to improve data and reports
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Improve Current internal MRP reporting systems with materials
- Work with planning to create an all in one system
- Forecasting month on month, working with materials tools and planning tools to identify risks with the yearly forecasts
- Create and implement capacity resource planning system
- Aid in segregation of duties between multiple systems
- Drive small project teams to improve systems and inventory levels
- Own the inventory including investigations, analysis and improvement actions. Including leading annual stock takes

**Person Specification**
- A-C GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths;
- MS Office with Intermediate Excel skills
- SAP
- Data analysis
- Inventory control/ Inventory management
- Ability to manipulate and analyse large amount of data
- Skilled at producing clear information summaries from complex report outputs
- Strong problem-solving skills (containment & counter-measure).
