To cover waiting duties. To take dishes to tables and possibly some drinks. Ensure relevant sauces and condiments are taken to tables. Clearing and cleaning of tables. Plating of desserts after training period. High level of attention to detail and cleaning ethic. Working as part of team to ensure best customer experience. Must be flexible in approach and enjoy dealing with customers.
