This role is pivotal in ensuring that all milk is processed safely and meets the strict legal safety standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all milk processing adheres to set legal safety parameters, maintaining the highest levels of product safety and quality.
- Act as the first point of contact for dairy production, demonstrating exceptional reliability and responsibility.
- Monitor the pasteurization process closely, identifying any defects, and coordinate with the team to resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct thorough testing of milk for any abnormalities before unloading from tankers.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in real time, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Adapt to any last-minute changes in production schedules due to equipment breakdowns or changes in production needs.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety guidelines, including personal hygiene standards.
- Work effectively both within a team and independently, demonstrating good team-working skills.
- Participate in all necessary training to become proficient in dairy procedures, company policies, and safety protocols.

**Your Attributes**:

- No detail is too small for you; you have excellent observational skills and patience for repetitive tasks.
- You’re quick on your feet, able to meet production targets without compromising on quality or safety.
- Flexibility is one of your strengths, willing to work early mornings starting at 4:00 am, weekends, and adapt to voluntary overtime as needed.
- You understand the importance of personal hygiene and adhere to strict guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Physical endurance and the ability to work in various conditions, as this role requires physical activity and outdoor work throughout the year.

**Personal Hygiene and Safety Protocol**:

- Adherence to no-jewelry policy in the Dairy, except for wedding bands.
- Reporting of contact lens use and strict prohibition of personal medication in production areas.
- Commitment to maintaining short, clean nails without nail varnish, and wearing hairnets and beard snoods where applicable.
- Compliance with designated smoking areas and the importance of hand hygiene, with regular checks to ensure adherence.
