Property Sales Associate

A growing, independent agency is seeking an experienced property sales professional to join our team as Sales Associate.
The role of our sales associate is to source, value, list and sell property as well as being part of a team that oversees marketing too.
The successful applicant will require previous experience as a residential sales negotiator within the BCP or greater area.
This role will involve daily management of the available sales properties and applicants, management of portal marketing and property details, viewings and participation within meetings. As well as regular activity to source and list new property too.
This role will suit an already experienced negotiator looking for a new role within an independent agency, or potentially an experienced lettings professional with the drive, energy and passion to move into this role within property sales.
The role could aalso suit a sales administrator looking to change their role.
Salary based on experience and an unlimited commission structure to benefit those that achieve results.
5 day week to include every Saturday, with a day off during the week.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £20,000.00 per year
