We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Finance Change Business Partner to join the Reporting and Operations (ReOp) change team

**The role**

**What are we looking for?**
- We’re looking for a qualified Accountant (or qualified by experience) to join our team. You’ll have experience of financial operational change and of designing or delivery of a target operating model. We’re looking for you to be able to demonstrate a level of understanding of key finance reporting processes, finance systems, technical skills, data, risks, and controls within a Financial Services environment. _
- You’ll have excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, to build networks, whilst being able to communicate complex accounting procedures and principles with multiple stakeholders across the business and influencing outcomes. _
- Through excellent organisational skills, strong task ownership and a diligent approach you’ll be successful within this role.**We want to hire the whole version of you.**
