Shire Healthcare are currently sourcing a Speech and Language Therapist for a specialist Day College in West London. The successful Speech and Language Therapist will support young people aged 16-25 with autism.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The role:

- Working as part of a transdisciplinary team comprising of Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Behaviour Specialists
- Assessing the speech, language and communication needs of the learners
- Developing and implementing individualised aids and therapy programmes
- Evaluating outcomes
- Managing and prioritising a caseload of 16-25-year-olds with autism

The ideal Speech and Language Therapist:

- Holds a relevant Degree/Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registered
- Experience of working with a similar client group previously
