Breakfast Supervisor

7am until 12pm three days per week (friday/saturday/sunday) OR,

7am until 12pm five days per week (wednesday/thursday/friday/saturday/sunday)

Ty'n Rhos is 5 star guest accommodation with 19 bedrooms (37 guests for breakfast daily). Previous experience in hotels or restaurant work is essential.

**Rural location - own transport is essential.**

**Duties**:

- Opening up the property
- Setting up for breakfast
- Greeting and serving breakfast, clearing down and setting up for dinner service
- Ensuring high levels of service at all times
- Maintain high cleaning levels and work organisation
- Daily Banking
- Assistance in housekeeping ad hoc

During the low season this role would be mainly sole working. In the higher season the role would run a team and train accordingly.

**Skills**:To be considered for this role previous experience in restaurant or hotels is essential.

We are seeking a reliable, friendly mannered person who offers more to the customers than simply serving breakfast. Guests may be looking for advice on what to do for the day, how to get there etc.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £10.25-£11.00 per hour
