**This London based role is embedded within our client's Global Real Estate business and will be responsible for the development and execution of the fund raising strategy for EFVI, with a particular focus on AMRS and EMEA clients. The role plays a key role in growth prospect relationships with potential investors, enabling cross sell and consultant relationships which, in turn, will help to support long term AUM growth across the Global Real Estate platform.

Functional responsibilities
- Generally (fundraising and marketing strategy execution): partnership with various distribution and portfolio management teams to prepare and execute a comprehensive fundraising and marketing campaign for the purpose of achieving the fund’s capital raising objective.
- Investment strategy articulation: partnering with the Global Real Estate Research team to provide prospective clients with fresh and compelling thought leadership on the market environment, the investment opportunities, and the competitive environment. When required, act as a proxy for the Vice President of Value Add Real Estate Product Strategy in London, and respective Portfolio Managers in meetings with the company's sales force, existing and prospective clients, and intermediaries.
- Prospective client campaign management: development and coordination of prospective client roadshows and engagement opportunities, including identification of key regions and prospective clients, coordination of travel schedules, pre-meeting planning sessions, prospective client materials and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Opportunity management: tracking and management of prospective client commitments, administration of pipeline data and pipeline reporting, coordination and chairing of fortnightly pipeline review meetings, analysis of commitment timings and probabilities, development of follow up strategies and coordination of action plans agreed with distribution teams.
- Platform and product marketing materials: development and ongoing maintenance of marketing and pitch materials relating to both the Real Estate platform and EFVI that create a highly engaging and compelling narrative to differentiate the company offering and results in continuing engagement and increases the likelihood of client commitment and commitment size.
- Pitch readiness: coordination of pitch requirements to ensure pre-pitch readiness including development of pitch agenda, speaker outline, content development, dress rehearsals, and client and team coordination.
- Client due diligence responses: lead the development of responses to consultant requests for proposal (RFP’s) and client due diligence questionnaires (DDQ’s), including analysis of client information needs, assessment of content requirements for written and oral presentations and preparation of compelling response materials.
- Data room management: administration of the fund’s data room and associated materials including market readiness through the administration of the legal and compliance platform known as Red Oak.
- Product marketing: including driving market planning, positioning and distribution preparation. Marketing and Communications to support brand and product development. Measurement, Tracking and Reporting, development, and management of client pipelines. Creation of and regular updates to marketing materials and research-based presentation content.
- Internal communications: including promotion of new investment acquisitions, dispositions, and other fund related milestones via the development of compelling internal communication materials such as newsflashes, fact sheets and presentation at internal forums.
- Distribution channel management: Engagement with and coordination of key project distribution channels including AMRS, APAC, EMEA Alternative Sales (BAS) specialists and Global Consultant Relationships (GCR), including teach in sessions, ad hoc advice, and timely responses to information requests, to best position EFVI and enhance levels of product knowledge across all distribution channels.\

Skills/Experience
- A solid experience in Alternatives/Real Estate Strategy, Investment, Portfolio Management, Distribution or Consulting Role. Knowledge and good understanding of real estate or alternatives preferred.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex portfolio management concepts effectively.
- An understanding of real estate global market dynamics.
- BA/BS Degree. Other advanced degree and/or CFA beneficial.
- Strong MS PowerPoint, word, excel and outlook skills.
- Exceptional time management and task priority management skills are required.
- Very strong stakeholder management skills are an essential component of this role.
