**Logistics Administrator**
**The Job**:
- Fleet management of the company vehicles
- Assist in booking any travel (Hotel/Flights) requirements of the department
- Support the logistics team to quote, book and track final products & hire equipment
- Complete import/export documentation
- Financial administrative support, including processing PO’s
- General administrative support, ensuring the highest level of speed, accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service
**The Person**:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
- At least 2 years’ office experience
- Experience of working in a professional, fast paced and challenging environment
- Fleet management experience desirable but not essential
- Logistics administration experience desirable but not essential
- Proven customer service focus - understand the need, solve problems and respond efficiently
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Outgoing, customer service approach
- Drive and energy for results
- Ability to prioritise and organise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Timely decision making
- Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
- Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust
