About The Role***

An exciting new role within the Hub. Responsible for the operational support of the Catering Team and all soft services, delivering excellent Customer Service by ensuring all requests from users within the ELFT (all sites) are executed in timely, accurate and professional manner; within the agreed service level requirements.

To support the Soft Services Facilities Manager and Supervisor to support resources across the site from the Hub. These duties may be carried out in patient and non-patient environments.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Inbound, receiving and location of materials and goods in a warehouse/hub.
- Picking, inspecting, and packing products according to the order manifest.
- Labelling boxes and packing them before despatch.
- Stocking and restocking shelves in the warehouse for storage or distribution.
- Processing, loading, and completing orders.
- Managing order slips and placing orders in the correct delivery areas.
- Using computer systems and scanners to manage order paperwork.
- Operating equipment: pallet jacks or forklifts to transport goods within a warehouse (full training given).

**Experience**
- Previous Warehouse experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
