**Operational Excellence Facilitator** at our Severnisde Dairy.

**Key Tasks**:

- Uses data for decision making based on analysis and evaluation
- Data driven advanced troubleshooting capability deployed when required
- Can demonstrate advanced problem solving capability in high pressured environment
- Uses coaching and facilitating skills to influence positive change with the site
- Utilises Six Sigma black belt methodology to understand and improve processes
- Can demonstrate excellent role modelling, coaching and supporting of end to end performance management system
- Responsible for target setting/strategic deployment of OGSM across all site functions
- Effectively uses network benchmarking information to drive improvement
- Drives and support the delivery of continuous improvement opportunities based of 8 wastes
- Uses JIT principles to drive out waste

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of OE enabling culture
- Looks for "waste" in everything that we do
- Creates opportunities for others to actively seeks out improvement opportunities within the work place and converts to active OE projects
- Supports the delivery of OE initiatives by self and others and is recognised for these
- Enables others to utilise opportunities to improve the way we do things
- Collaboratively works with sites leadership team to build OE into everything that we do
- Can demonstrate OE contribution through PDP process
- Health and safety commitment demonstrated through "go,look,see". Puts in place corrective actions
- People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues
- Create purpose and direction around OGSM deliverables
- Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives and knows how current performance impacts the bottom line
- Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business
