Snagger

Overview:
We are seeking a multiskilled individual to snag several properties for us. The Snagger will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by identifying and rectifying any issues that may arise during construction.

**Duties**:

- Inspect construction sites to identify and address any snags or defects
- Document and report snags to relevant team members for resolution
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely snag rectification
- Assist in quality control processes to uphold project standards

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in managing or supervising tasks is advantageous
