Our client is looking for support on an enterprise wide HR transformation. As part of this transformation, they are looking for a Business Analyst who is experienced within SuccessFactors.

**About the role**:

- Facilitate and document design & requirement outputs
- Support on end-to-end full life cycle of the project and work closely with business stakeholders to analyse functional requirements
- Deliver the functional and non functional requirements through documentation
- Analyse the information to determine what the business needs to retain and use

**About you**:

- It’s
essential
you have experience in HR processes and business analysis with SAP SuccessFactors catalogue of products
- Demonstrable experience of interpreting customer business needs and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience of producing gap analysis/requirements, workflows and high-quality documentation for business requirements

**Please note, on site presence will be required in Warrick 1-2 days per week.**

This is a 6 month contract (with likelihood of extension), Outside IR35 and available to start asap.
