We are looking for a new member of staff to work alongside our land drainage and earthworks team.

Our work is mostly agriculture based so someone with a background in working on farms with machinery would be more suitable and must have experience driving a tractor with a trailer.

The role will involve using a variety of different machinery such as tractor driving, loaders, dumpers and excavators if experienced allows.

The role will also include some labouring such as hand digging for installing drainage connections. Our work is very varied and often different week to week.

The job would suit a fit enthusiastic individual who is willing to work as part of a small team, and has had experience in ground care or in agriculture. Must be polite and presentable.

Experience in using heavy machinery is a must, but qualifications, although an advantage, may not be necessary.

Hours can be long during busy periods but generally its 10 hour days (50 hours per week) with Saturdays if possible. We don't work away from home very often but on occasion we would require you to lodge if required, which will involve additional pay to do so.

We are looking for someone to fulfill the role permanently with pension and holiday package but self employed would also be considered.
