- Greet customers and take their orders at the till accurately, repeating their order back, ensuring a smooth service.
- Support the team in all areas of the running of the shop, for example, washing up and cleaning.
- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies and juices.
- Be able to confidently produce latte art
- Operate coffee-making equipment like espresso machines and grinders
- Handle cash and card transactions at the register
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Restock items and monitor inventory levels

**Skills**:

- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a team
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Experience with speciality coffee and latte art
- Understanding of food safety guidelines to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.49 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
