- Regularly feedback to team members on their performance.
- Manage investigations and disciplinary issues in line with HR guidelines and company procedures.

- Ensure adherence to company policy & procedures.
- Complete daily walk-around checks.
- Ensure weekly E-stops are completed.
- Ensure monthly safety inspections are completed and follow-up actions resolved.
- Review tasks and associated risk assessments and develop appropriate safe systems of working.
- Complete daily observations.
- Process Controls
- Review shipment plan against production plan to optimise FLT loading resource.
- Manage perpetual stock takes and identify slow-moving sku’s to maximise warehouse capacity.
- Manage trailer availability to loading bays & waste bay.
- Attend planning meetings to identify / update planning schedule and develop
- Continually assess production against planned despatch schedules.
- Assign loads to loaders to maintain an effective line-flow and support distribution departure times.
- Ensure empty pallet stocks are adequately maintained to meet production schedules.
- Proactive management of stock levels & stock rotation.
- Update and produce tally sheets and delivery notes.
- Complete Red Job bag checks as required.
- Support Reliability Manager to maintain equipment up-time.
- Ensure FLT adequately maintained.
- Manage press downtime to support primary objectives.
- Ensure all SAP orders for Products and Engineering requirements are completed in line with agreed timelines. That any subsequent workflow tasks are actioned.
- Team Development
- Ensure all Team Members training requirements are up to date.
- Deliver annual appraisals to identify future development needs and develop action plan to meet requirements
