**What we are looking for:Ofsted Registered Home Manager**

We are looking for a positive, passionate, and enthusiastic OFSTED Registered Manager to manage our services and drive the business forward.

**_This is an exciting opportunity_**for an existing registered manager looking to take the next step and be part of creating positive memories, therapeutic parenting, and a high level of care within a new provider.

Based in Bradford you will be part of the registration process of our new 3 bed EBD provision, ensuring all requirements are met for successful registration, including the recruitment process, completing SC1 and SC2 paperwork, and the home is fit for purpose.We are looking for an individual who can create a solid foundation and continue building and always make a culture that meets the company’s ethos.

**The Job**:

- To be a registered manager responsible for implementing and maintaining regulated activities.
- To ensure that services, support and care are provided person-centred, using person-centred approaches.
- To contribute to the overall development of the home and to ensure compliance with the aims and objectives of the company.
- Responsible for the care and safety of staff and children.
- Accountable for the day-to-day management by statutory regulations, policies and procedures of the Company.
- Finance management and budgeting
- Ensure robust training and development for employees
- The promotion of an environment conducive to a high standard of care in which children can thrive and create positive and lasting memories.
- Use a 'Working Together’ approach to secure best practice
- To be responsible for recruiting staff within the facility in conjunction with the Responsible Individual and Board of Directors
- To ensure that all recruitment is in line with the Company policy on **'SAFER RECRUITMENT.’**:

- To ensure that a robust recruitment process aligns with the Company Policy.
