Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to support their growth and development through engaging activities and educational programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and milestones
- Promote positive behavior management techniques
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

**Skills**:

- Experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate both children and colleagues
- Ability to drive the learning process by creating a stimulating environment

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
