**THE JOB**

As a Kitchen Porter, you will work across all of our kitchen areas, carrying out platewash duties as well as general kitchen cleaning duties to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout.

Part of London + Regional Hotels, **The Lensbury Resort **is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 155 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean all kitchen equipment, pots etc to ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained.
- Clean kitchen as laid down in the daily and weekly cleaning schedules to include surfaces, floors, working surfaces, ovens etc.
- Ensure all waste and food bins are emptied regularly throughout the day.
- On a rota basis, clean the Staff Canteen twice daily and as requested.
- Work with colleagues to reduce energy costs and consumable waste.
- Assist in any other duties as required.

**Terms Conditions**:

- 40 hours per week.
- £23,796 per annum plus share of Service Charge
- Flexible shift pattern to cover evenings and weekends
