As a Recruitment Assistant, youll be part of a team which is essential in growing our business. You will not require recruitment experience however, evidence of excellent customer (internal and external) service skills will be required.

by ensuring we have the right people with the right skills at the right time in the right place (R4) to deliver sustainable and profitable growth

recruiting a diverse pipeline of people with unique talents, who recognise the value of diversity, and who have the appropriate level of clearance

building an inclusive and equal working environment that embraces hybrid working and the equality of opportunity this offers for disabilities, neurodiversity and work life balance

Because its not about the doing the same role day in and day out, this position will give you an array of work and tasks to be completed either ad-hoc, weekly or monthly. Youll be motivated and comfortable in speaking on the phone, face to face or presenting new starter inductions. This is about making the extraordinary, every day.

**The Key Requirements...**
- Excellent customer (Internal and external) service experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Previous PA experience - desirable
- MS Office
- Proven communication skills with all levels within an organisation
- Proven experience of time management

**Where youll work**

**Clearances**

Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be eligible to achieve SC clearance. As a result, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the U.K. for the last 5 years for SC.
