Weighbridge Administrator

McKenzies are seeking a confident and meticulous individual to take up a role within our Campsie weighbridge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and Communication Skills
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Competent in the handling of cash
- Strong I.C.T Skills with Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlook
- Confidence with numbers
- the ability to take instruction and happy to ask questions
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- A patient, committed and consistent character
- Strong telephone skills, with a polite personality and ability to take clear, concise notes.
- Ability to deal with challenging situations

**Job Duties**
- Using our weighbridge software
- Weighing in and out of vehicles
- Making payments to customers
- Logging customer details and purchase details onto computer
- Communicating to yard staff via radio
- Updating the stock control system
- Maintaining full records of daily activities and completing required paperwork
- Answering telephone and taking clear and concise notes

Starting at £12/hr: overtime paid after 45hrs

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:30, availability to work Saturday 0800-1300

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
