**About The Role**

This role will involve working Monday to Friday based in our Chelmsford Office with travel required across the region as necessary in the week to meet the client’s demands and Needs.

This will involve creating new relationships, setting up and attending new business client meetings across the Chelmsford Area**.**

You will receive all the tools to do the job and make a success out of it, mileage paid for when attending meetings, all the training you could need to make yourself successful in this role. It comes down to you and how much you want it. We've got a really nice working environment at the office in Chelmsford.

Salary is **£24,000 - £28,000** basic (depending on experience) per annum plus uncapped commission with no threshold, with OTE **£40,000** in year one.

We have pathways for the right people to become Senior and Principal Consultants too.
