This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking for a role that is challenging, varied, offers great training and good progression prospects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake a structured 6 month training course at our Bury office covering all elements of the role and its systems.
- Once trained you will be responsible for the handling, management and successful completion of enquiries, the handling of non-technical responses to enquiries and escalation of such enquiries to the correct team and to be responsible for order entry onto the relevant systems within the agreed timescales.
- You will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday
- Friday 9am to 5.30pm and once training is completed you can work on a hybrid rota with 3 days from the office and 2 from home.

**What we need from you**:

- Some experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a demonstrable commitment to delivering continual improvement
- Patience, determination, attention to detail and integrity are qualities which are paramount to an individual being successful in this role
- Able to manage a flexible workload; shows good organisational skills and high levels of personal resilience; able to work to deadlines under pressure
- Has high levels of concentration, excellent attention to detail, accuracy and reliability; excellent record keeping
