**Role overview**

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure success of client projects to meet their project outcomes planned as well as overall success of client’s businesses using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

**Responsibilities**

Working with our Marketing Manager, you’ll have a natural ability to manage your own work and deliver to deadlines. An experienced wordsmith, you’re comfortable writing for a variety of audiences - both technical and non-technical.
- Writing articles and blog posts whose primary purpose is to attract online search traffic which is SEO optimised
- Involvement with multiple exciting projects in 2023 including Cloud9 University & Cloud9 Connect
- Managing our social media channels including our CEO with the autonomy and trust to post great content.
- Updating company website with any relevant changes.
- Management of the company playbooks.
- Proactively working with the sales, delivery team and CEO to capture thought leadership to create and exciting and trending new content.
- Ability to spot trends and create content that explores these trends.
- Writing longer form content, including eBooks and reports, based on events or on the knowledge of the team here at Cloud9 Insight.
- Maintaining tone-of-voice and brand consistency across platforms and campaigns.
- Working collaboratively and able to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Keeping companies and CEO’s website up to date with news etc
- Working with wider Cloud9 team to provide support with product launches.
- Proof-reading all client facing company materials to ensure all messaging and copy is on brand and meets high quality standards.
- Assisting in the delivery of analytics reports based on agreed KPIs.
- Attending events and industry conferences alongside colleagues.
- Supporting event management, including webinars and promotion and follow up and nurturing of attendees.
- Identifying opportunities for public speaking and presenting for the CEO to increase brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Confident writer with an awareness of SEO
- Thriving in a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment to meet all deadlines.
- Managing social media channels and accounts.
- Highly organised with strong commercial acumen.
- Great self-learner and a strong team player
- 1st class planning and communication skills
- Ensuring that brand identity and key messages are reflected in all communications.
- Updating websites (knowledge of WordPress preferred, though not essential).
- Ideally has worked with a Small/Medium business with experience facing business/tech challenges
