**Social Housing Repairs (Permanent)**

**£30,000 - £32,000pa + OTE + Company Van + Fuel Card**

**Permanent position to start ASAP**

Howells Contracts are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a team of Multi Trade Operatives to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in Bath and surrounding area. This role involvesa lot of travelling so must be happy covering a large area. Company van and fuel card will be provided.

Multi Trade Experience - Core trade in Carpentry or in Plumbing.

Multi Trade Experience - You will also be confident in carrying out additional trades such as Carpentry, Plumbing, minor Brickwork, Patch Plastering, roofing and Tiling.

Multi Trade Additional Requirements

NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified (Level 2 minimum)
Valid Clean UK Driving Licence
Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
Experience working within tenanted properties
Familiar with PDA usage
Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
Looking for someone based in Essex or East London
