An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and friendly **BDC Advisor/Telephonist** at Quest Motor Group
- **Salary**:£29,795.20 OTE (pro rata)

Excellent organisational and administrative skills are required to accurately process appointments, bookings and orders with the relevant details.

This position is on a fixed term basis to cover maternity cover, starting from July 2024 to May 2025. Our BDC Advisors/Telephonists work a total of 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch break.

**Key job areas of the BDC Advisor role**:

- Build rapport and create a positive customer experience.
- Handling inbound and outbound service enquiries efficiently with the focus on gaining an appointment.
- Contacting customers prior to their appointments to ensure they know what to expect, and to remind them of future work required.
- Following up Service appointments that do not show.
- Identify and book additional services with customers (i.e. warranty checks, recalls, accessories).
- Accurately process bookings, appointments, orders, and forms efficiently.
- Work as a full member of the dealership team.

**What we’re looking for in a BDC Advisor**:

- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service/people skills, delivery services to high standards.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to successfully use persuasiveness/negotiation techniques.
- Polite, calm and approachable personality.
- Flexible ‘can do’ approach.
