**About the Role...**

Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management Office (PMO), Secure
Communications, The Configuration and Data Management (CADM) Team Leader irresponsible for the management and development of the CADM Team, as well as supporting activities and tasks in Projects in Configuration and Document Management.

The Team Lead must have a good understanding of Configuration Management Principles and knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Document Management Systems (DMS) tools and processes.

Alongside the these technical skills, the CADM Team Leader will lead a team of 7/8 document controllers & configuration managers providing development, mentorship and direction.

**How you will contribute to the team **
- Provide guidance and support to Team Members and the Project Team.
- Establish and maintain Product Breakdown Structures and Bills of Material.
- Co-ordinate and control the Change Management processes for design changes including an
- understanding of Waivers, Deviations and concessions
- Establish Configuration baselines (FBL, PBL) and contribute to the As Designed v As built records for each Product.
- Contribute to the established Design Reviews (PDR, CDR, FDRs)
- Maintain and provide governance over the CMS/PLM tools

**About You...**
- Experience of writing/contributing to a Configuration Management Plan
- A good level of experience developing and running a small team (3 people minimum)
- Experience of working to relevant standards i.e. any industry with rigorous planning/configuration control or other highly skilled engineering processes (Aerospace, Space, Military, Automotive, Petro-Chemical)
